The Royal Code

2. Keep It Relevant and Genuine

Contributions to the community should be authentic, relevant, and constructive. Please avoid:

• Spam or repetitive, low-quality content
• Misleading claims about game strategies or platform features
• Impersonating other members, staff, or public figures
• Sharing false information that could confuse or harm others

3. Respect the Entertainment-Only Nature of the Platform

LondonRoyalHouse operates strictly as a free social entertainment platform. You must not:

• Suggest or imply that virtual coins have any real monetary value
• Facilitate or discuss any form of real-money exchange related to platform activity
• Encourage others to spend money in connection with virtual coin totals
• Promote external real-money gambling services

4. Protect Privacy

Respect the privacy of all community members. Do not share personal information about others without explicit consent. Do not attempt to obtain personal information through social engineering or deceptive means.

5. Report, Don't Retaliate

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to our moderation team via our contact page. Do not attempt to engage in retaliation or escalate conflicts yourself. Our team will review all reports promptly and fairly.

6. Enforcement

Violations of the Royal Code may result in a range of actions, from a friendly reminder to permanent removal from the platform. The severity of the response will be commensurate with the nature and frequency of the violation. All enforcement decisions are made by our moderation team, whose judgement is final.
